1. Data Collection & Control

LokSpandan AI operates as a **100% serverless, client-side database platform**. We do not collect, process, or store your surveys, surveyors, or response records on external servers. All operations happen directly inside your browser viewport.

2. Google Drive Data Storage

When you connect your central Google Apps Script Sync URL, your databases, surveys, client indexes, and response sheets are written directly into a folder hierarchy inside your Google Drive account. Only you (the Super Admin) and your authenticated clients/surveyors have access to these files via standard credentials protocols.

3. GPS Geolocation Captures

Field surveyors are prompted to share their location coordinates only during specific survey submissions to validate booth authenticity. Location audits are stored as static coordinate attributes in the response payload. These location values are not sent to any third party.

4. Digital Signatures

Digital signatures are collected strictly on browser HTML canvas elements and are converted to lightweight coordinate path strings. These vectors are stored directly in your cloud file logs and are not processed by any external signature services.
